Cascade Chiropractic in North Lima, Ohio is a cash-pay practice. A consultation is free, a new patient visit is $125 and regular visits are $50. There are no insurance forms, deductibles or surprise bills, and cards and digital wallets are accepted.
Our prices
- Consultation: free. Ask questions and find out if chiropractic care is right for you.
- New patient visit: $125. About an hour: detailed case history and care goals, a physical and orthopedic exam, and your first adjustment, with education throughout.
- Regular visit: $50. Follow-up adjustments as part of your plan.
First trimester? New patients in their first trimester get their free follow-up adjustment (terms apply).

How it compares
Many insurance plans still leave a co-pay or deductible for chiropractic visits. Our regular visit price is often similar to what patients pay out of pocket with insurance. We accept HSA and FSA cards.
Payment and cancellations
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and HSA and FSA cards. Please give at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations and no-shows are $25 the first time and $50 after that.
