The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment of the pelvis and sacrum, commonly used during pregnancy to support pelvic balance and comfort. Dr. Jacob Thomas uses it as part of prenatal care at Cascade Chiropractic in North Lima, Ohio.
What the Webster Technique involves
Dr. Thomas checks pelvic and sacral alignment and the surrounding muscles, then uses gentle adjustments with comfortable positioning for your stage of pregnancy.
What it does and doesn't do
The goal is comfort and balanced pelvic function. The Webster Technique does not guarantee a particular birth outcome or baby position, and it is not a replacement for care from your OB or midwife.
Working with your care team
Please tell your OB or midwife you are receiving chiropractic care, and tell Dr. Thomas about any pregnancy complications before your visit.
First trimester offer
New patients in their first trimester get their free follow-up adjustment (terms apply).
